Listing your property for sale! I work for the seller (you), also referred to as the "listing agent." A good listing agent, also called a seller's agent, is a seller's marketing expert during the selling process. I help with advertising, networking, and market analysis. Also, I help the seller know how to make their home more attractive. If it's your first time selling a home or you're looking to het the highest price without the headache of doing everything yourself! It's my job to market the property and get it sold properly!

Typically, this fee is represented as a percentage of the sales price and is shared between the listing broker and the broker who brings the buyer. Commission's are negotiable!
